Prospect Place

I had so much fun drawing Prospect Place - a row of 10 listed cottages by Tottenham Cemetery, which turns 200 this year! I feel very honoured to have been asked to draw the whole row and it’s probably my largest drawing so far.

When the cottages were built, they didn't look out on the cemetery, but across countryside and fields (hard to imagine now!)

Many interesting people of Tottenham lived in Prospect Place. Fred Fisk lived here in 1860 and was a bookseller and historian, who published a history of Tottenham and many Tottenham postcards.

The inventor of Tottenham Cake lived here too!

A limited edition giclée print of 30 measuring 20x75cm is available and the price is £70 unframed.
